Design features include environmental awareness & allergy or sensitivity friendly options. All are free from dairy, nuts, wheat, corn, egg, yeast, refined sugar and salt giving food choices that are gluten and soy free. (Free from *gluten, dairy, *soy, wheat, corn, egg, yeast, refined sugar, salt, *nuts ). The products are vegan and macrobiotic friendly.
* Soy Free: All our products are soy free with the exception of our soy ribbons & noodles.
*Gluten Free: All our products are free from gluten with the exception of our spelt granola. To ensure our products are free from gluten contamination, our gluten free production runs on different days than any foods with regular flours. The gluten free foods are well wrapped and stored separate from regular flours. This way flour dust (in the air) from regular flours will not settle on the gluten free products avoiding contamination.
We always ensure that the counter space we are using to prepare gluten free food is freshly washed and sanitized to ensure it is free from crumbs or flour dust.
Gluten Free Products are prepared with gluten free ingredients in an all-purpose kitchen and/or bakery environment.
* Nut Free: All our products are free from nuts with the exception of our granolas. All of our foods are prepared in “Nut Free” facilities with the exception of the granolas which are prepared in an independent facility that is designed for our products with nuts.
Note some of our products do contain seeds.
